Founded in Paris in 1964 by legendary drummer and educator Dante Agostini, the Dante Agostini Drum School became the first European drum school dedicated to a structured approach to drum education. Throughout his career, Dante Agostini worked alongside and was inspired by some of the greatest names in jazz, including Kenny Clarke, Art Blakey, Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Max Roach, Elvin Jones, and Art Taylor.
